Nadja Hoffmann is a bilingual English- and German-speaking real estate agent with eXp Realty, helping buyers, sellers, and relocating families throughout Southwest Florida. Based in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area, she specializes in relocation, waterfront homes, new construction, second homes, and residential real estate across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Bonita Springs, Estero, and surrounding Gulf Coast communities.

Originally from Hamburg, Germany, Nadja understands firsthand what it means to relocate, build a new life in the United States, and navigate unfamiliar systems and decisions. Now a U.S. citizen and longtime Southwest Florida resident, she helps clients approach their move with clarity, confidence, and realistic expectations.

Before entering real estate, Nadja studied Biomedical Engineering and worked in international project management. That analytical background still shapes the way she works today. She approaches real estate with attention to detail, structured decision-making, and a strong focus on helping clients understand the practical factors behind each property and location.

Her guidance goes beyond simply finding a home. Nadja helps buyers understand communities, waterfront access, new construction versus resale, HOA and CDD fees, flood-zone considerations, local market conditions, and the realities of homeownership in Florida.

For sellers, she provides thoughtful pricing guidance, local market analysis, professional marketing, and a clear strategy designed to position each property effectively. 

Outside of real estate, Nadja volunteers in K9 Search & Rescue, an experience that reflects her commitment to teamwork, responsibility, and serving her community.
